Tiffany Ghiselin,
Founder and CEO, Sochai Consulting

A native of Napa Valley, Tiffany graduated from UC Santa Barbara. She began her career in business management at E.F. Hutton in Santa Barbara. Since then, Tiffany has worked with some of the most prestigious companies in the world, such as Great Western Bank, Deloitte Consulting, Kaiser Permanente, AOL, Warner Bros., The Walt Disney Company, ABC, ESPN, Mattel, and Bristol-Myers Squibb.

Ms. Ghiselin has over 18 years of experience as a successful executive level consultant and enterprise project leader including 6 years with Deloitte Consulting. Tiffany founded Sochai Consulting in 2004 after recovering from a near life-ending illness. Her specializations include operations strategy, training, change management, technical integration and system implementation planning, risk mitigation and project remediation.

Sochai Consulting employs a proprietary unique deliverable-based methodology that ties entire projects activities together from planning to deliverable management to finance and reporting.

Our methodology provides for some amazing reporting. We are able to produce level of effort and cost by deliverable, by area of project (business, technical, or PMO), by person, by project phase even when they are all mixed together in time. The reporting is timely and allows management to catch items going astray before time is wasted. It also helps clearly direct work efforts.

Many businesses lose valuable information because they don’t track or document the activities that produce an end result. Transitions in staff, changes in scope or direction often require rework because the knowledge worker is now gone. This is especially prevalent with dealing with consultants and large work groups and teams.
