C-Suite Consulting
C-Suite consulting is direct counsel to Business and IT leaders who are wrestling with enterprise-level systems challenges and high-level organizational issues. Tiffany helps leaders get a quick, but thorough, understanding of a situation and provided the options to mitigate or resolve. For those leaders desiring to make significant productivity or process changes, Tiffany will identify opportunities and help define the scope an approach and build the pitches to build sponsorship.
Tiffany serves IT and Business executives by helping them build the right team, define and fill a winning organizational structure, rescue problem projects and identify risks and issues. Tiffany has assumed interim leadership roles until new leaders are hired and transitions the role to them reducing risk and cost associated with critical staffing gaps.
My Philosophy:
“After decades working with executives, one thing is absolutely clear, executives need an advisor outside of their up or down reporting circle with whom to confide and discuss what is going on in their company and who will objectively tell them the truth.
Many executives tell me they absolutely trust their staff, yet they feel that something is “off” or “just not going the way they thought it would”. Let’s face it, executives are busy and rarely have more than a few minutes to discuss topics of activities down their organizational chain. In the course of a day may hear their teams say “we’re on it”, “things look good”, “we need another 3 months”, “the vendor is a disaster”, “he is in trouble”, “we’re on track”, “we lost the sponsor” and so on. What I do is help executives with the bottom line of what is going on, help them deal with the problem areas fast before they have “a surprise” and take advantage of golden opportunities that their staff have no capacity to take on. You may not like what I have to say, but you’ll be glad I said it.”

testimonials
John MacLaren, Owner, Breakthrough Performance
“Tiffany is the most detail oriented person I have ever worked with. Her talent for understanding and implementing new systems across diverse platforms is nothing short of amazing. There is simply no way to understand the scope of what Tiffany and her team can accomplish for your company in conversation alone, you simply have to set the objectives and then stand back (with a safety helmet on) and watch your corporate objectives become productive realities.”
Andreas Knoefel Sr. Consulting Manager
“Tiffany is one of the few professionals who don't just know their job, but wrote the book, and with a passion. Her ability to connect with executives and techies, her outstanding organization, technical aptitude stand already out, but what distinguishes Tiffany is her leadership: Develop goals, focus on the goals, rally the team around the goals. She is fit for the most challenging jobs and generates both success and smiles.”
Todd Walike Director, Information Technology at Deloitte Consulting
“Tiffany possesses that rare combination of skills needed to be most effective in solving business problems – creativity and delivery. During my project experiences with Tiffany, she identified many creative ideas and approaches that were applied for solving clients’ challenges. She also demonstrated a knack for transforming those ideas into practical solutions for delivering results. Whether problem solving or implementing change, Tiffany’s leadership was able to rally the team to work very effectively and productively, and exceed our clients’ expectations.”strong>

“Tiffany has done a great job for me on two major assignments. She was asked to develop a program in an area she had little expertise. Within a year, she is considered by most to be an expert in this area. She is a strong critical thinker, has excellent client management skills, and is incredibly thorough and organized. Feel free to contact me for more information about Tiffany's great work.” April 21, 2008 Top qualities: Great Results, Good Value, High Integrity
Michael Vinyard, Vice President, Business Systems Planning, Warner Bros.
“Tiffany did an excellent job in understanding and representing her client’s business model and system requirements and the necessary business process reengineering required to achieve executive strategic objectives. She easily translated those requirements into business cases with the appropriate funding models. Tiffany was very successful in obtaining approval for system initiatives and then leveraging those approved system initiatives for implementation across the broader enterprise. Many of her systems are now enterprise standards.”
Nancy Michaels, Owner, Great Circle Learning
“I've only just met Tiffany but it is instantly apparent why she is so successful and accomplished. Engaging in discussion with her is effortless - she makes you feel like you've known each other forever. As you converse with Tiffany it's clear that she's truly listening and that she "gets it", even as you shift from one issue to another. And, what was most striking to me was how gracefully Tiffany shared thoughts and ideas that were helpful to me, when in fact the point of our conversation had been for me to help her. After we said our goodbyes I found myself reflecting on her generosity of spirit and how valuable her ideas were. If you are fortunate enough to have an opportunity to engage with Tiffany I have no doubt that you will leave the interaction the better for having had it.” May 23, 2009
